CPC Fernando Dimas has more than 25 years of professional experience in accounting, auditing, taxes, internal control, and risk assessment and management.

He completed a Master Degree in Finance at the Tecnológico de Monterrey and has led auditing and consulting projects in Mexico and the United States of America in companies from various industries. He collaborated for more than 16 years in a firm, and has been financial director of companies of different lines. He has more than 10 years of experience in IFRS and US GAAP, International Auditing Standards, SEC Regulation, as well as regulations of the National Banking and Securities Commission, the National Insurance and Surety Commission and the National Commission of the Security System.
